Senior Product Manager – Clinical Operations

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and roadmap for its Vault Clinical Operations suite. You will shape innovative solutions that unify clinical systems, data, and processes, accelerating the delivery of new therapies to patients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle for Vault Clinical Operations applications, from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Engage with customers, industry experts and internal stakeholders to capture market needs and define a compelling product vision.
• Write clear feature specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria in partnership with engineering, QA and design teams.
• Prioritize the product backlog to balance enhancements, new features and strategic initiatives.
• Act as product evangelist, communicating roadmap and features to internal and external audiences.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with B2B enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record of managing full product lifecycles and launching successful features.
• Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills with ability to influence without formal authority.
• Willingness to travel 10‑15% for on‑site customer meetings and events.
