Senior Product Manager – Business Experimentation & Optimization

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead its Test & Learn analytics platform, helping global organizations make multi‑million‑dollar decisions. You will drive product strategy, roadmap, and AI‑enhanced features for business experimentation and optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy based on user research, market trends, and commercial priorities.
• Own end‑to‑end feature development: identify problems, design solutions, write requirements, support engineering, and measure impact.
• Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and other product managers to deliver AI‑driven enhancements.
• Translate user insights into actionable roadmaps and prioritize initiatives using usage data.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with engineers, designers, sales, and marketing teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, with experience mentoring teammates.
• Experience building or integrating AI capabilities into software products.
• Professional experience in a similar product management role.

Required skills

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) – designing and applying AI techniques to product features.
• Analytics platforms – experience with data‑driven measurement and optimization tools.
