Senior Product Manager – Brakes

About the role

Bosch Mobility Aftermarket is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Brakes portfolio in North America. The role will drive product strategy, development and lifecycle management, working with cross‑functional teams in the US and Mexico. You will shape the roadmap and bring new brake solutions to market.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for brakes, from concept through phase‑out.
• Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with market needs and business goals.
• Identify portfolio gaps and growth opportunities through market intelligence, customer insights and competitive analysis.
• Develop business cases and financial justifications for new product introductions and lifecycle decisions.
• Monitor performance metrics such as revenue, margin and P&L to ensure targets are met.
• Maintain accurate product specifications, OE cross‑references and catalog information.
• Collaborate with manufacturing plants, engineering, sales and marketing teams across the US and Mexico.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing automotive or mobility product portfolios, preferably in brakes.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution ability.
• Excellent analytical skills to translate market data into actionable product plans.
• Ability to develop and present compelling business cases to senior leadership.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, multinational teams.
