Senior Product Manager – Automotive Aftermarket

About the role

Bosch Mobility Aftermarket is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive growth, portfolio health, and roadmap execution for its North American aftermarket solutions. You will act as both product owner and technical account manager, translating workshop insights into actionable product enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and structure VOC feedback from workshops, strategic partners, and field issues, then create clear JIRA user stories.
• Manage key strategic accounts, designing customized diagnostic solutions and communicating roadmap updates.
• Oversee product database lifecycle, coordinating phase‑in of new SKUs and phase‑out of legacy items.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking of diagnostic tools and synthesize findings into strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration with a strong technical background.
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive aftermarket, vehicle repair, or diagnostics software.
• U.S. work authorization without need for future sponsorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with JIRA or similar requirement‑tracking tools.
• Experience managing product master databases, SKUs, and lifecycle phases.
• Strong analytical ability to compile competitor benchmarks and qualitative feedback.
