Senior Product Manager, AI Security

About the role

BeyondTrust is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead AI‑security capabilities on its Pathfinder platform. You will shape strategy, roadmap and success metrics for AI‑native security features such as Agent Control, NHI Governance, Secretless and MCP Gateway.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap and metrics for AI security capabilities on Pathfinder.
• Synthesize Phantom Labs threat research, competitive intel and analyst coverage into product decisions.
• Partner with the AI Coworker Security team to define and iterate requirements for securing AI agents, MCP servers and orchestration frameworks.
• Conduct market research with CISOs, security architects and IAM engineers through win/loss analysis and advisory boards.
• Drive design‑partner program, recruit early customers and translate feedback into roadmap priorities.
• Represent BeyondTrust’s AI security vision with analysts, customers and at industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years product management experience in cybersecurity, identity or cloud security.
• Deep technical understanding of AI/ML systems, LLM agents, MCP servers and agentic workflows.
• Proven ability to read and synthesize security research, CVEs and threat intelligence.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum in fast‑moving markets.

Required skills

• AI security and ML architecture knowledge (LLM agents, MCP protocol, tool‑calling, RAG pipelines).
• Identity security disciplines: PAM, IAM, secrets management, workload identity.
• Competitive analysis and market research.
