Senior Product Manager – AI Agent Solutions

About the role

Veeva is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to design and deliver high‑value AI Agent solutions for Veeva PromoMats and Vault Medical. You will lead the creation of AI‑driven tools that automate the content lifecycle, accelerate MLR review, and generate medical information responses, helping life‑science customers bring therapies to patients faster.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI orchestration and design of production‑ready agents, focusing on data flow, RAG architectures, and complex prompt engineering.
• Identify high‑impact AI use cases in MLR and medical inquiry workflows and define clear performance metrics.
• Drive prototype development to production, ensuring scalability and quality on the Veeva Vault platform.
• Partner with Engineering and UX to automate compliance risk identification and medical inquiry triage.
• Collaborate with Application PMs and stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities and evangelize value across the organization.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise software product management, engineering, or consulting experience.
• 2+ years of hands‑on AI/ML work with LLMs and generative AI.
• Strong ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value for legal, medical, and regulatory teams.
• Proven collaboration with UX and Engineering to build intuitive tools for regulated workflows.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Prompt engineering and data‑flow design for regulated content.
• Model fine‑tuning and API integration.
