Senior Operator – Filler (Manufacturing)

About the role

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Operator – Filler to support production of its nutrition and health products. The role works on night or day shifts and focuses on complex filling operations while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, clean, operate, and adjust all equipment in the assigned department.
• Monitor and control process parameters, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and cGMP SOPs.
• Perform in‑process and visual quality checks, documenting results accurately.
• Operate automated systems via the Human Machine Interface (HMI) and enter data using computers, iPads or other digital devices.
• Maintain inventory records, adjust as needed, and follow safety procedures including Nestlé’s Life‑Saving Rules.
• Adhere to company policies, attendance expectations, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Assist with other duties as assigned to meet production goals.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory environment (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb repeatedly and perform physical tasks such as standing, climbing, and bending.
• Proficiency in English to read, write and follow simple instructions.
• Understanding of basic manufacturing equipment and safety procedures.

• Operation of filling and other manufacturing equipment.
• Use of Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems.
• Basic digital device usage (computers, iPads, electronic data entry).
• Application of cGMP and SOP compliance.
