PLE Operator – Day Shift

About the role

At Nestlé Health Science, the PLE Operator works on the production floor to operate machinery, ensure product quality and follow strict manufacturing standards. The role supports the creation of nutrition and health products for consumers and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Match labels with batch records to ensure accuracy.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance of machinery.
• Load, unload, set‑up, clean, adjust and disassemble equipment as needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation, scaling and measuring, and report any material issues.
• Enter production data using paper records, computers, iPads and other devices.
• Follow cGMP, SOPs and safety standards, including Nestlé’s Life‑Saving Rules.

Required profile

• 0–2 years experience in a factory environment (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb repeatedly and stand, climb, bend in a manufacturing setting.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency.

Required skills

• Operation of manufacturing equipment and basic troubleshooting.
• Use of digital devices such as computers and iPads for data entry.
• Understanding of inventory adjustments and basic manufacturing processes.
