Senior Operator – Day Shift (Full‑time)

About the role

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Operator for its Kitchen Department on the first shift (Monday‑Friday, 6:00 am‑2:30 pm). The role involves operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring safety and quality, and collaborating across teams to produce trusted nutrition products.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, clean, operate, and maintain equipment and machinery.
• Monitor and control process parameters to meet safety and quality standards.
• Operate automated systems using Human Machine Interface (HMI) technology.
• Perform in‑process checks and quality inspections.
• Accurately scale and measure ingredients.
• Complete data entry using paper forms, computers, or tablets.
• Collaborate across departments to meet production goals.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to work at heights of up to 25 feet.

Required skills

• Understanding of basic manufacturing equipment and inventory processes.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and other digital tools.
• Basic math skills and mechanical understanding.
• Team‑oriented and dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
• Flexibility to work overtime based on business needs.
