Senior Microsoft D365 ERP Functional Consultant (AI/Copilot)

About the role

Join PwC’s Microsoft Dynamics team to help clients transform their technology landscape across front, back and mid‑office functions. As a Senior Associate you will work on Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations) solutions, leveraging AI/Copilot, Azure and Power Platform to deliver strategic, end‑to‑end business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize Dynamics 365 applications to design and implement impactful ERP solutions.
• Interpret client requirements, develop business cases and guide configuration/customization efforts.
• Oversee project tasks to ensure timely, budget‑friendly delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members, provide feedback and uphold professional standards.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, navigating complex business challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 4‑7 years of relevant experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification and proven success delivering D365 solutions (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Project Operations, etc.).
• Experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 products and advising on complex business cases.
