Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Hilbert, a data‑science‑first growth infrastructure platform, is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own and expand its external communication channels. Based in San Francisco, you will shape the voice of the company, drive thought‑leadership content and discover new channels that generate pipeline for its B2C and enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the end‑to‑end publishing rhythm for LinkedIn, the corporate blog, newsletters, and the company videocast.
• Ghostwrite, edit and coach leadership to translate strategic ideas into compelling posts and articles.
• Partner with product marketing to create case studies, technical whitepapers and customer stories, managing format, timing and distribution.
• Identify and test emerging channels (e.g., Reddit, trade press) by writing hypotheses, running pilots and scaling successful tactics.
• Build a systematic repurposing workflow that turns insights into multiple assets such as clips, landing‑page sections and one‑pagers.
• Measure content performance and iterate to ensure continuous conversation with target buyers.

Required profile

• Proven experience running B2B/B2C marketing programs that generate pipeline.
• Track record of owning content creation and distribution across multiple channels.
• Ability to work independently in a zero‑to‑one environment and later build a team.
• Strong editorial sense and comfort coaching senior leaders.
