Senior Manager, Supplier Enablement (Issuer Management & Analytics)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior manager to lead issuer campaign management and analytics that drive commercial card volume growth through supplier enablement. The role sits at the intersection of issuer relationships, supplier activation campaigns and data‑driven strategy, reporting to senior leadership and collaborating with account teams and third‑party providers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with issuers and account teams to design and execute B2B supplier enablement campaigns that increase commercial card usage.
• Manage third‑party supplier enablement providers, ensuring campaigns meet agreed objectives and performance metrics.
• Produce quarterly issuer performance reports, highlighting high‑growth, declining and at‑risk suppliers and recommending activation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain analytical dashboards tracking commercial acceptance trends, campaign performance and key KPIs.
• Analyze AP files to identify Card‑on‑File suppliers, universal acceptors and other high‑potential targets, and translate insights into actionable growth plans.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in B2B payments, commercial cards, supplier enablement or related financial‑services analytics.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs and multi‑stakeholder relationships across issuers, providers and internal teams.
• Strong analytical capability with experience turning large data sets into commercial insights and growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
