Senior Manager, Solution Architecture – Existing Customers

About the role

We’re hiring a Post‑Sales Solution Architecture Manager to lead the team that turns successful sales into lasting customer relationships. You’ll ensure customers don’t just implement Sanity—they build on it, expand with it, and become its biggest advocates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a solution architecture team that delivers deep, lasting value for enterprise customers.
• Set strategic direction, own complex high‑stakes accounts, and oversee implementations and stakeholder relationships.
• Coach Solution Architects on value‑oriented engagements, risk identification, and clear success pathways.
• Hire, develop, and retain talent, fostering a collaborative, customer‑centric culture.
• Evolve post‑sales motions such as onboarding, implementation reviews, expansion discovery, and health monitoring.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and R&D to drive expansion opportunities and influence roadmap priorities.

Required profile

• 5+ years in solution architecture or technical customer‑facing roles.
• 2+ years managing customer‑facing technical teams.
• Proven track record of driving customer retention and expansion.
• Strong technical foundation to discuss APIs, data models, front‑end frameworks, and integrations.
• Proactive risk identification and clear, inclusive communication skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize customer outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and tooling.
