About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its International Tax Quantitative Tax Solutions & Technologies practice. In this role you will combine tax expertise with data analytics to design innovative, data‑driven tax solutions that help clients navigate complex regulations and improve their tax positions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quantitative tax solutions using advanced analytics.
• Guide teams in applying data visualization and statistical analysis to optimise tax processes.
• Build and maintain client relationships to address complex tax regulatory challenges.
• Apply systems thinking to uncover underlying tax problems and identify improvement opportunities.
• Validate outcomes with clients, incorporate feedback, and refine tax strategies.
• Coach and develop high‑performing, diverse teams, ensuring professional standards are met.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Professional credential such as CPA, Bar membership, or other tax/technology/finance qualification.
