About the role

The University of Miami/UHealth Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology seeks a full‑time Senior Manager, Programs to oversee day‑to‑day administrative management of assigned programs, ensure successful implementation of initiatives, and serve as a liaison to faculty, staff, and students.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and report on program effectiveness and metrics.
• Monitor program budgets, track expenditures, and support financial oversight.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate program staff to ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate logistics for clerkship events, lectures, simulations, workshops, and OSCEs.
• Manage student rotation schedules across inpatient, outpatient, and subspecialty sites.
• Maintain accreditation records, annual reports, and quality‑improvement documentation.
• Generate and analyze data reports using learning management and scheduling systems.
• Develop new programs and initiatives based on emerging needs and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 2‑3 years of experience in program coordination, academic administration, or healthcare education.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, databases, and scheduling systems; experience with learning management systems is preferred.
