Senior Manager, Performance & Organic Growth

About the role

Scribd, Inc. is seeking a senior performance marketing leader to own paid and organic discovery across its family of products, including Everand, Fable, and Scribd. Reporting to the Director of Growth, you will shape strategy, allocate budgets, and drive profitable acquisition for multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy for paid search, paid social, affiliate, SEO, and LLM‑driven search, aligning with product and brand teams.
• Allocate budget across channels to maximize growth and ROI.
• Lead and develop a team of channel experts, fostering a learning‑focused culture.
• Own attribution and reporting, using data insights to reallocate spend and improve performance.
• Partner with brand marketers on integrated campaigns that blend storytelling with performance tactics.
• Test emerging channels and identify new market opportunities.

Required profile

• 6+ years managing performance marketing channels and sizable paid budgets in a B2C environment.
• 2+ years of direct people‑management experience.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing best practices, unit economics (LTV/CAC), and attribution.
• Experience with media mix modeling and marketing technology tools is a plus.
