Senior Manager, Operations Excellence & PMO (Supply Chain)

About the role

3M is seeking a senior leader to drive operations excellence and project management across its global logistics network. The role combines capex engineering, supply‑chain project leadership, and PMO standardization to improve distribution center performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead medium to large, cross‑functional supply‑chain and logistics improvement projects.
• Manage project execution within 3M distribution centers, focusing on automation, process optimization, and productivity gains.
• Develop, implement, and maintain PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
• Mentor emerging project leaders and collaborate with business managers, stakeholders, and program managers.
• Oversee multiple project teams simultaneously, ensuring delivery of key milestones within 12‑24 month timelines.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in project leadership and supply‑chain practice, recognized across multiple divisions.
• Experience managing complex, moderate‑risk projects with 10‑20 team members.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
