Senior Manager, Network Strategy & Activation

About the role

Chamber is rebuilding cardiology care by partnering with independent cardiologists and leveraging technology, data, and operational tools. As a Senior Manager, Network Strategy & Activation you will expand and deepen the provider network, working across health‑system partners, practice teams, and internal product, data, and payer groups.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation for health‑system partners, from agreement execution to go‑live and steady‑state operations.
• Own day‑to‑day relationships with enterprise partners, building trust with executive sponsors, service‑line leaders, and practice operators.
• Map complex stakeholder environments, identify decision‑makers, and sequence work to secure approvals.
• Translate enterprise agreements into operational requirements such as provider rosters, data flows, care pathways, and reporting.
• Develop and continuously improve an enterprise implementation playbook to accelerate future launches.
• Drive panel density by increasing participating providers, attributed patients, and program adoption within existing practices.
• Manage the full activation path, moving practices from agreement to fully onboarded status.
• Coordinate legal, payer, and practice‑side stakeholders to execute participation agreements and amendments.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with a proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder health‑system projects.
• Highly adaptable and “athletic” – able to pick up unfamiliar work, figure it out, and drive it to completion without detailed guidance.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with executives, clinicians, and operational teams.
• Experience working with health‑system steering committees, practice onboarding, and large‑scale patient panels.
