About the role

Join a passionate, therapist‑owned practice serving the communities of Yelm, McKenna, and Tumwater, WA. As a full‑time Physical Therapist you will deliver patient‑centered, evidence‑based care and help individuals achieve their functional goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans.
• Utilize modern manual therapy, functional movement techniques, and patient education.
• Build long‑term trust with patients and support them in reaching recovery milestones.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinic protocols.

Required profile

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Washington State Physical Therapy license (or in process).
• CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professionalism, openness to growth, and adaptability to change.
