Senior Manager, Microsoft 365 Architect

About the role

Protiviti is hiring a Technology Consulting Senior Manager for its Microsoft team in New York City. As a Senior Manager you will partner with clients to identify and manage risk, build lasting client relationships and act as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to identify and manage risk and develop strategies to solve complex business problems
• Deliver quality product solutions and build a network within the business community
• Mentor teams and help them complete project work plans
• Contribute to client proposals and strategies to win new business
• Create development opportunities for others, including training and team improvement initiatives

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience, with a strong emphasis on architecture and implementation of Microsoft 365 security and modern work technologies
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline preferred
• Experience in a technology consulting firm or software product company strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 and its security and compliance suite, especially Purview (Information Protection, DLP, Records Retention, eDiscovery)
• Global and large M365 tenant experience; GCC/GCCH expertise desired but not required
• Preferred: Entra, PowerShell, PnP, Azure, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Migration Manager, third-party migration tools
• Implementation concepts: requirements management, testing and documentation of business processes
• Preferred: Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Developer Associate or Azure Developer Associate

What we offer

• Salary range of $146,000-$234,000, with a 14% bonus target
