Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing - CONNECT

About the role

As Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing for CONNECT, you will own the end‑to‑end strategy that moves prospects and customers through discovery, activation, adoption and long‑term retention. Working from our Houston office, you will partner with product, sales, customer success and brand teams to create data‑driven, personalized experiences that grow revenue and customer lifetime value across our SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑step lifecycle journeys using behavioral triggers, predictive insights and AI‑driven recommendations.
• Lead communication strategy from initial discovery through onboarding, post‑sale engagement and retention.
• Develop in‑app notifications, prompts and guided tours that highlight new features and reinforce value.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests across channels to optimize messaging, timing and offers.
• Build and refine audience segments with demographic, firmographic and usage data.
• Collaborate with Portfolio, Sales, Customer Success and Brand teams to align programs with CONNECT objectives.
• Maintain and enhance automated workflow tools that support global customer communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading lifecycle or demand‑generation marketing for SaaS products.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate usage data into actionable campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional partners.
• Track record of delivering measurable improvements in activation, retention and revenue.

Required skills

• Experience with marketing automation platforms and in‑app messaging tools.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, segmentation and predictive analytics.
