Senior Manager, IT Application Management – Digital

About the role

The Senior Manager, IT Application Management, Digital will lead digital transformation initiatives, designing, developing and implementing MarTech solutions that improve business processes, customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Servier’s portfolio of web and omnichannel assets and capabilities.
• Oversee implementation and management of MarTech platforms such as CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with functional leads and creative agencies on new initiatives.
• Conduct regular SEO and SEM reviews of existing sites.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and actionable plans.
• Engage with technical and vendor teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy and security standards.
• Monitor emerging digital and MarTech trends for potential application.

Required profile

• 6+ years experience in a technical/digital role, preferably in pharma or life‑sciences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Required skills

• Salesforce.com platform (Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud a plus).
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
• SEO and SEM best‑practice knowledge.
• Experience with personal and non‑personal email campaign execution.
• Familiarity with Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault a plus.
