Product Manager – AI & Automation

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager – AI & Automation to own and evolve AI‑powered products that help our teams work faster, make better decisions, and improve campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product discovery through user interviews, shadowing, and feedback sessions with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams.
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap, turning insights into actionable requirements with clear success metrics.
• Build and maintain a structured backlog, drive execution with engineering, and coordinate dependencies across teams.
• Accelerate product adoption via onboarding, demos, training, and ongoing support, and track usage to connect to business results.
• Stay current on AI developments, identify practical opportunities, and evaluate promising solutions with engineers.

Required profile

• Hands‑on Product Management experience, preferably with B2B SaaS, internal tools, or workflow automation platforms.
• Strong product discovery skills, including user research and translating insights into product decisions.
• Proven delivery ownership from roadmap to backlog management and collaboration with engineers.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to define KPIs, interpret dashboards, and make evidence‑based decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, comfortable engaging with operational teams and senior leadership.
• Fluent English and ability to collaborate across international teams.
