Senior Manager, Global Commercial Training

About the role

The Senior Manager, Global Commercial Training develops the training strategy, content, and standards for SKIMS’ global physical channels, including full‑price, outlet, franchise and multi‑brand environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the global training roadmap and define required skills and behaviors by role and channel.
• Translate commercial, brand, product, operational, and people priorities into scalable programs and tools.
• Partner with Retail and cross‑functional leaders on annual and seasonal business priorities, supporting launches, campaigns and peak periods.
• Lead learning strategy for new store, market and channel launches, ensuring teams deliver SKIMS brand and selling standards.
• Build capabilities in product storytelling, styling, selling, client engagement and operational execution across all physical consumer touchpoints.

Required profile

• 8+ years experience in Learning & Development, commercial or retail training within a global multi‑channel brand.
• 3+ years leading learning professionals, setting direction and elevating program impact.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in L&D, Organizational Development or related field.
• Proven ability to develop and execute global learning strategies aligned to commercial priorities and KPIs.
• Experience managing onboarding, ongoing development, product education and new market/store opening training.

Required skills

• Learning Management System (LMS) administration and governance.
• Design and delivery of digital, blended and field‑based learning programs.
• Use of AI and emerging learning technologies to scale training effectiveness.
