Senior Manager, Enterprise Value Capture

About the role

Ocean Spray is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Enterprise Value Capture. The role focuses on identifying, sizing, and shaping initiatives that deliver measurable business value, partnering with executive leadership and functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify enterprise‑wide value opportunities aligned with strategic priorities such as growth, cost reduction, productivity and risk mitigation.
• Develop high‑level value hypotheses, benefit estimates and assumptions in partnership with Finance and business leaders.
• Own and maintain the enterprise value opportunity pipeline, ensuring initiatives are decision‑ready for executive review.
• Support leadership in prioritization decisions based on value, feasibility and capacity.
• Partner with the Enterprise PMO to transition initiatives efficiently into execution and protect intended benefits.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, finance, consulting or enterprise program roles.
• Strong financial and operational acumen with ability to connect strategy to measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience influencing senior leaders across functions and supporting enterprise portfolio governance.
