Manager, Customer Shared Services

About the role

Ocean Spray is seeking a Manager, Customer Shared Services to lead day‑to‑day operations of its Customer Shared Services function. The role oversees Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections and Cash Application processes and manages a fully offshore shared‑services team within a BPO model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage an offshore financial shared services team to meet service levels and operational objectives.
• Oversee end‑to‑end accounts receivable activities, including credit management, collections, cash application, dispute resolution and deductions management.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to enforce credit policies and collection strategies.
• Monitor credit risk, support credit decisions and manage higher‑risk accounts.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare periodic reports and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives using automation and AI.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience leading financial shared services, order‑to‑cash, credit or collections functions.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash processes and internal controls.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional partners and drive operational excellence.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA.
