Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture

About the role

Ocean Spray is seeking a senior leader to define and govern the technology blueprint that powers its cooperative operations. The role is hybrid, based in Lakeville, MA, and will guide enterprise‑wide platforms, AI initiatives and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Set the technology strategy and reference architectures for ERP, integration, data, cloud and AI platforms.
• Lead architecture review and governance processes, acting as the final decision authority for standards and cross‑functional design.
• Define AI platform road‑maps, including SAP BTP, Azure AI services and generative‑AI patterns, and move solutions from proof‑of‑concept to production.
• Partner with product, PMO and delivery teams to align IT roadmaps with business capabilities and ensure compliance with security and data‑governance policies.
• Guide large‑scale transformation programs, translating business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading enterprise architecture and large‑scale transformation initiatives, especially ERP and AI‑enabled platforms.
• Strong capability‑based architecture background with ability to balance standards and team autonomy in scaled‑agile environments.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior business and IT leaders and present architectural views.
• Experience with governance models, decision rights and risk assessment at the executive level.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in SAP, data analytics and AI domains.

• Microsoft Azure AI services, Copilot Studio, generative AI, predictive machine learning, retrieval‑augmented generation.
• OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML security frameworks.
• Data and analytics platforms, cloud ERP, API/ETL integration patterns.
• Responsible AI practices, AI security, access controls and auditability.
