Sr. Manager, AI Enablement

About the role

Ocean Spray is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development, execution, and evolution of its enterprise AI strategy. The role will drive AI awareness, adoption, and measurable business impact across the cooperative, focusing on tools such as Microsoft Copilot, SAP, and other AI platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine the enterprise AI strategy, identify high‑impact use cases, and build business cases that quantify ROI and success metrics.
• Partner with data engineering, cloud, and cybersecurity teams to architect, prototype, and operationalize scalable AI solutions, providing technical direction to data scientists and ML engineers.
• Champion AI awareness and adoption across the organization, embed AI tools into processes, and support change‑management initiatives to ensure successful implementation.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, generative AI, and predictive modeling.
• Ability to translate complex technical ideas into business‑friendly language and manage multi‑disciplinary initiatives.
• Proven leadership experience coaching AI talent and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and executive audiences, with experience driving change management.
