Senior Manager, Diligence Analytics (Deals)

About the role

PWC’s Deal Analytics practice is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Diligence Analytics for private‑equity and corporate clients. You will translate complex data into actionable insights that support multi‑billion‑dollar decisions across the deal lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts and consultants to solve ambiguous, unstructured business problems.
• Provide data‑driven insights during diligence, post‑deal performance improvement, and exit preparation.
• Engage with stakeholders to anticipate needs and propose solutions before they are requested.
• Drive cross‑border and multi‑disciplinary collaboration, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and professional standards in all engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in finance, consulting, or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Finance/Business Administration preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop junior team members.
• Strong commercial acumen and comfort working with senior client leaders.
