Senior Manager – Digital Procurement (Chicago, IL)

About the role

Infosys is expanding its Digital Procurement Practice and is looking for a senior leader to help clients modernise, optimise and future‑proof their procurement organisations. Based in Chicago, the role will combine consulting expertise with hands‑on guidance across the full digital procurement lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on procurement technology implementations and share lessons learned from prior programmes.
• Identify implementation risks, design pitfalls and change challenges.
• Support optimisation and stabilisation of existing procurement systems.
• Translate business needs into practical technology and data solutions while recognising system limitations.
• Assess current‑state procurement processes and design scalable future‑state operating models.
• Address non‑technology enablers such as policy, governance, organisation design and people capabilities.
• Lead workstreams or full engagements, managing scope, quality and client expectations.
• Coach and develop junior team members and client resources.
• Contribute to practice growth through thought‑leadership and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven client‑facing leadership experience in procurement or supply‑chain transformation.
• Deep subject‑matter expertise in digital procurement, S2P processes and technology selection.
• Strong consulting instincts and ability to guide complex, multi‑stakeholder programmes.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior client stakeholders.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with leading Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) platforms.
