Senior Maintenance Supervisor – Sequoia Apartments

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all technical and mechanical operations for the Sequoia Apartments at Turner Mill. The role ensures that interiors, exteriors, grounds, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality while staying within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all work orders generated from resident service requests, ensuring timely completion and compliance with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, material procurement, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for community grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by internal team members, contractors, and vendors to verify quality, scope, and specification compliance.
• Maintain appropriate inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies while adhering to budgetary limits.
• Prepare and manage the property’s maintenance and capital expense budgets through financial analysis and forecasting.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising maintenance operations in large residential properties.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, preventative maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead a team, coordinate vendors, and manage budgets effectively.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
