Leasing Professional – Sequoia & Klein Huis

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Sequoia and Klein Huis communities at Turner Mill. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing and resident engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any necessary maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other platforms.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to greet, qualify, and guide prospective residents.
• Experience conducting tours, processing applications, and managing lease documentation.
• Ability to stay informed about local market conditions and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
• Proficiency in using property‑management software to manage data and reporting.
