Senior Legal Ops Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly detail‑oriented Senior Legal Ops Specialist to review, prepare, and coordinate commercial contracts and waiver documentation for the US market. The fully remote position sits at the intersection of legal analysis, operations, and AI‑driven workflows, giving you direct exposure to real business decisions and contract risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Review B2B commercial contracts, identify risk clauses, inconsistencies, ambiguous wording, and propose structured revisions.
• Manage multiple negotiation and revision cycles, ensuring documents are ready for final executive review.
• Analyze conditional and unconditional waivers, verify project data, financial figures, and legal logic.
• Track document review workflows in ClickUp or similar systems, maintaining version control and status updates.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for issue spotting, redlining, and summarisation, while validating outputs manually.
• Prepare structured materials for external counsel and support internal teams on disputes, landlord matters, and compliance issues.
• Communicate contract comments to sales managers and coordinate negotiation cycles with clients.

Required profile

• Degree in Law with at least 5 years of experience in contract review, legal support, or legal operations.
• Proven ability to work independently on high‑volume document reviews and to stand firm in difficult negotiations.
• Fluent in English and Russian (minimum C1).
• Experience supporting external lawyers and familiarity with multi‑jurisdictional contract frameworks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for contract analysis.
• Experience using ClickUp or comparable workflow management platforms.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Word and Google Docs, including tracked changes and version control.
