About the role

The Senior Leasing Professional for the Vermeer community will lead all leasing activities, from prospect outreach to lease signing, ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction. This full‑time position works closely with marketing and property management teams to meet revenue and retention targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
• Maintain resident relationships throughout the lease term and drive lease renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement community promotion strategies.
