Senior Leasing Professional – North Region (Seattle)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities across our North region properties. Based in Seattle, you will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction for multiple communities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours and showcase apartment units.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units prior to occupancy to confirm readiness.
• Manage lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
• Coordinate community marketing efforts to achieve occupancy targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing or property management, preferably in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with ability to build lasting resident relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple properties and tasks.
