Senior Leasing Professional – Lease Up

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Leasing Professional to lead lease‑up activities for a Washington community. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to achieve occupancy targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials as needed.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing or sales within multifamily or residential real‑estate environments.
• Strong knowledge of leasing processes, lease‑up strategies, and resident retention techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust marketing tactics accordingly.
