Senior Leasing Professional

About the role

The Senior Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Arden community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure units are ready for residents.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, prospect data, and leasing activity.
• Maintain show‑unit standards, manage daily leasing office preparation, and handle resident follow‑up communications.
• Prepare and manage lease renewal packages, contacting residents ahead of move‑out dates to secure renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, resolving issues or escalating as needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and any state‑required leasing licenses or certifications.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
