About the role

The Senior Leasing Professional will lead leasing, marketing, and renewal activities for a high‑rise community in Austin, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, prospect data, and leasing activity.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing or sales within multifamily or high‑rise residential environments.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitor strategies.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills with a focus on resident retention.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet performance metrics.
