Maintenance Supervisor for Lakeshore Pearl Community

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the technical and mechanical upkeep of the Lakeshore Pearl community in Austin. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final quality checks.
• Develop and maintain standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in company procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multifamily residential settings.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical equipment and safety regulations.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage vendors and lead a maintenance team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
