Manager of Client Services

About the role

Greystar, a global real estate platform focused on institutional-quality rental housing, is hiring a Manager of Client Services in Austin, TX. The role supports the company's strategy for new business development and client satisfaction by leading and coordinating activities, initiatives and programs that promote growth and retain clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients: communicate regularly with client representatives, review client feedback on performance and service, resolve complaints and respond quickly to client needs.
• Contribute to setting annual business goals and objectives for the client services group.
• Monitor and analyze market information and trends, prepare detailed reports for senior management and recommend actions to protect client relationships and market position.
• Help develop and distribute communication materials, brochures and promotional collateral for current and prospective clients.
• Lead or take part in due diligence assignments and act as liaison with brokers for new fee management business opportunities.
• Monitor client service and satisfaction through surveys and other tools, identify themes and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Complete human resources, financial, administrative and other reports and analysis, and perform other duties as assigned.
