Senior Law Enforcement Intelligence Analyst

About the role

The Senior Law Enforcement Intelligence Analyst is a key member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas' Law Enforcement and Security organization. This role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and disseminating intelligence on threats that could impact personnel, facilities, operations, and critical assets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, collect, and analyze information on potential threats to Federal Reserve personnel, facilities, executives, and operations.
• Develop intelligence assessments on emerging risks, including criminal activity, terrorism, cyber‑enabled physical threats, insider threats, and natural hazards.
• Lead threat assessments and protective intelligence for executive travel, public appearances, and high‑profile events.
• Serve as an intelligence liaison with law enforcement, business continuity, crisis management, information security, executive leadership, and external security partners.
• Maintain situational awareness of threats affecting the Federal Reserve System, financial‑sector critical infrastructure, and relevant geographic areas.
• Provide timely, actionable intelligence to support risk‑based security and operational decision‑making.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in intelligence analysis, law enforcement, or related security fields.
• Proven ability to transform raw data from multiple sources into actionable intelligence.
• Strong understanding of threat environments affecting financial institutions and critical infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement and cybersecurity teams.
• Ability to produce clear, concise intelligence reports for senior leadership.
