About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking reliable Security Guards to protect its Dallas service center. This full‑time position offers a stable schedule with various shifts and the opportunity to grow within a respected transportation company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide protection for the terminal’s assets, preventing theft, fire, sabotage, vandalism, and illegal entry.
• Patrol assigned areas, monitor for suspicious activity, and respond to incidents promptly.
• Assist with emergency procedures and report any security breaches to management.
• Perform additional duties as directed by supervisory staff.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, or varying shifts as needed.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, or patrol for most of the shift.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
