Senior Knowledge Manager (Defense Intelligence Enterprise)

About the role

Amentum is seeking a Senior Knowledge Manager to support the Defense Intelligence Agency's Defense Intelligence Enterprise. The role aligns the processes and technology that make information sharing happen, shaping workflows, managing content and records systems and ensuring the right intelligence reaches the right people. At senior level, you will also lead and mentor the team. The position is contingent on contract award, business needs, security clearance verification and funding availability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the knowledge management strategy for the supported organization, from formal production and taskings to enterprise search and discovery.
• Drive adoption of knowledge management practices across analytic teams that have their own ways of working.
• Advise government leaders on future KM requirements, tools and process improvements backed by usage data.
• Mentor mid-level knowledge managers and standardize KM processes across task orders.
• Own the metrics story: show, with numbers, how KM improves analytic production.

Required profile

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 12+ years of relevant knowledge management experience, with recent experience in the last 2 years.
• Demonstrated leadership of KM programs or teams.
• Track record of measurable improvements to information sharing and analytic production.
• Master's degree desired in a related field.
• Preferred: DIA or Defense Intelligence Enterprise experience, program transition support experience, and advanced KM or information management certifications.
