Senior IT & Legal Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Recruiter to support our U.S.-based clients in the Technology, Legal, and Professional Services sectors. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to hiring coordination, while delivering high‑quality talent to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for U.S. positions across IT, Legal, and specialized professional roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct screening calls and interviews in English, evaluating technical and professional qualifications.
• Prepare detailed candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure documentation is up‑to‑date.
• Build and nurture pipelines of active and passive talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and provide market insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience for U.S. companies, preferably in IT, Legal or specialized professional roles.
• Advanced English communication skills (C1‑C2 level).
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment and stakeholder management capabilities.
