Senior iOS Mobile Engineer

About the role

Expedia Group is looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer focused on iOS to elevate the native app experience for package shoppers. You will design and deliver high‑performing, user‑centric features that simplify discovery, comparison, and booking of travel packages.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high‑quality mobile applications with robust system design, API integration, and data modeling.
• Lead the implementation of complex mobile features from technical design through deployment, optimizing performance and architecture.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure applications meet security, reliability, and operational standards, including monitoring and incident resolution.
• Integrate and operate AI/ML‑enabled solutions to improve outcomes in the mobile context.
• Provide technical mentorship and promote best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and performance.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience as a mobile engineer shipping production iOS or Android applications at scale.
• Demonstrated ownership of mobile features and delivery end‑to‑end.
• Strong knowledge of mobile architectures, patterns, and performance optimization.
