Senior Group Sales Manager – US Based

About the role

The Senior Group Sales Manager will lead the acquisition and management of group business for Hamilton Princess & Beach Club, focusing on the U.S. market. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives, client entertainment, and strong partnership development.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual group room, rental, and catering revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned U.S. territory.
• Develop and execute monthly sales strategies and action plans.
• Conduct weekly sales calls, client entertainment, and organize familiarization trips.
• Utilize the Opera sales system to create proposals, block rooms, compile contracts, and manage catering orders in line with Accor brand standards.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and follow‑up on all potential business.
• Negotiate pricing within established parameters and quote contracts.
• Build long‑term partnerships with key accounts, travel agencies, and tourism offices.
• Represent the hotel at Accor territory sales events, trade shows and industry networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in group sales within the hospitality sector, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with the Bermuda market and U.S. travel agencies is a plus.
