About the role

Farsight is building an agentic AI platform for financial services, helping investment banks and private equity firms automate complex workflows. As a Senior Frontend Engineer you will create the user‑facing experiences that turn powerful AI outputs into intuitive, high‑impact tools for finance professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive web interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Translate AI‑generated content into seamless product experiences for investment banking and private equity users.
• Iterate quickly on customer feedback while maintaining clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Contribute to long‑term platform improvements and rapid feature development cycles.
• Collaborate closely with product, backend, and design teams in a hybrid onsite environment.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience (non‑internship).
• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proven track record building production‑grade, scalable web applications.
• Excellent eye for clean, functional UI and user experience.
• Ability to work autonomously from concept to deployment in an unstructured, fast‑moving environment.
• Self‑motivated, self‑critical, and able to move quickly on a lean team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
