Senior Frontend Developer (React.js)

About the role

Synechron is seeking a highly skilled React Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive, and scalable web applications. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise‑grade user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
• Build reusable, maintainable UI components following best practices.
• Translate UI/UX designs into pixel‑perfect code.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Implement state‑management solutions (Redux, Context API, Zustand).
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Ensure cross‑browser and cross‑device compatibility.
• Participate in architecture discussions and frontend solution design.
• Write clean, testable, and well‑documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues in development and production.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Implement frontend security and accessibility standards.
• Continuously improve development processes and coding standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience building enterprise‑scale web applications.
• Solid understanding of component‑based architecture.
