About the role

Amazon Connect is an AI‑powered customer experience platform that helps organisations build modern contact centers in the cloud. As a Senior Front End Engineer you will own the full lifecycle of front‑end features, from design through development, while collaborating with senior technical leaders across AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient front‑end components for Amazon Connect.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to integrate modern web, SOA, and NoSQL services.
• Contribute to AI, ML, and Big Data integrations that enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure high performance, accessibility, and a strong customer focus in all deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices across the team.
