Senior Financial Analyst – Product Costing

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s growing finance team at the Roseville site as a Senior Financial Analyst focused on product costing. You will be the site expert for cost calculation, forecasting and analysis, supporting both operational and executive management while collaborating closely with manufacturing and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product cost calculation process for the Roseville plant and ensure compliance with Bosch corporate standards.
• Perform business‑plan and long‑term case cost calculations, validating master data, routings, BOMs, activity rates and cost allocation methods.
• Execute detailed variance analysis versus plan, identify root causes, drive corrective actions and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Partner with manufacturing and engineering to understand key cost drivers and identify cost‑improvement opportunities.
• Work independently in the SAP R/3 CO‑module to run cost simulations and reporting.
• Prepare financial presentations and support reviews for local executive management.
• Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives within finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an operations environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
